First check if your order has already been shipped. On the day of shipment, we will send an automatic confirmation with the corresponding tracking number by email so that you can track the status of your shipment.
If the package is being returned to us according to the tracking, the return will be registered in our logistics center within approximately one week after the failed delivery.
As soon as the return has been registered, you will receive an electronic refund of the amount already paid or, in case of an advance payment, a credit note which you can redeem in a new order or have refunded to a bank account of your choice.

We will then immediately check your shipment together with the delivery service and, if necessary, arrange a new delivery of your package.
