I just received my product, will I get a faster resolution?
If you contact us within the first 14 days after receipt, a direct exchange can be offered in most cases. It is therefore important that you inform us as soon as possible about the defect of your product.
Will I receive a replacement device for the time my product is being repaired?
No, for logistical reasons we cannot offer replacement devices.
I still have important data on my device. Will this data be preserved during a repair?
We recommend to always backup the complete data before handing over the device. In case of a damaged data carrier or a complete replacement of the device, a loss of data must be expected, for which we cannot assume any liability.
